Times vary as to how long each property healing takes depending on the unique individual needs and energies of each space.
On average, a 1500 – 2500 sq ft property takes about 2 hours, whereas a larger 3500-4500 sq ft property might take up to 3-4+ hours.

Depending on your level of comfort, you are welcome to stay in your property while the space healing is happening, or you can leave while the work is being done.
Either way the results will be the same.

Property Blessings with Wayne Mckenzie requires that the owners and/or occupants of the spaces he works with to be present in his sacred ceremonies.

Just as we care for our bodies and minds, we also need to care for the spaces we live and work in, not just physically, but energetically as well.
We want your spaces to be a place where you feel good. A space that supports your dreams and fosters your positive intentions.
Spaces can often be in need of healing. They can contain imprints from people or events. Our space takes on our consciousness, what we think, how we feel, what we believe, and can be projected into the walls, doors, objects, floors, ceilings etc.
Our spaces can contain the Spirits of people who have passed, entities, or the energetic imprint of people who have left our lives such as in a separation or break up.
Space healing is a highly skilled and trained practice that involves energetically cleansing and harmonizing a physical space, land, or property, to create a harmonious and balanced environment.
The frequency of space clearings can vary depending on the energy of the space and the people occupying it, as well as personal needs and goals.
It is recommended to do a space clearing at least seasonally or at minimum once a year, to help maintain a harmonious environment throughout the year.
We highly recommend having a property healer in to do some work on your space after any major conflicts or stressful situations within the property, and after any major transitions in life such as a separation, death in the space, or loss of a job.

Yes, often when working on spaces, land, or properties, we come across various entities and spirits.
Some of these spirits might be attached to people in the spaces, some may be stuck on a replay loop of sorts, trying to resolve something that is keeping them stuck and unable to pass onto the spirit world.
All of them are in need of healing. That is where a Property Healing expert comes in. With specially trained ceremonies and methods of clearing, we also offer healing to the spirits and entities that may occupy the spaces, removing them safely and completely.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, especially when it comes to your property's need.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $200.

In a nutshell, Property Healing with Beth Sturdevant or Lynda Heyden-Carroll, involves the work of connecting with the energies and (often) spiritual entities that occupy and affect us and our spaces, gently removing them so that they are no longer impacting our properties or lives in negative or (on occasion) harmful ways.
This combined with the practice of burning sacred plant medicines to help clear the property of positive ions (i.e. toxic energy and emotions) helps the spaces to be in harmony and supports us in healthier ways. Property Healing does not involve any cultural teachings or services.
Wayne McKenzie offers sacred Ceremonial Property Blessings rooted in Anishnabe traditions, using smudging, song, and prayer to cleanse, honour, and realign the spiritual energy of homes, buildings, land, and sacred spaces. Guided by deep cultural integrity and lived experience as an Elder, artist, and land-based knowledge keeper, Wayne’s ceremonies restore balance, clear lingering energies, and reconnect each space to its original harmony.
